I know very few people will read this, but I figured I may as well. My family has about $800 of bills to pay at the first of the month. We have about $500 to work with. I am unemployed. I have tried: - Looking for work : I have literally looked everywhere in town. Nobody is hiring. - Looked into applying for unemployment benefits : I don't qualify. - Gone to the DPS office to apply for a TAFT : They're closed until the 29th. I'm at my wit's end here - I haven't slept in a day and a half - and we're facing a very real possibility of being evicted and black-marked on our rental history if we can't find the money.
